Customised apparel

Made-to-order, customised garments are generally excluded from the consumer right of withdrawal.

Sponsor refunds

Sponsors are refunded if a campaign is cancelled or fails to be produced, if a logo is rejected after payment, or if a zone cannot be fulfilled. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Defective garments

If a delivered garment is defective, contact us — statutory conformity rights apply.
