How BackMyKit works
From a 3D design to a sponsored kit — what happens, in order, and what is still manual.

Design
The athlete picks a sport, colours and a pattern in the 3D designer and chooses which sponsor zones to offer, each with a price inside the allowed range.

Review and publish
Our team reviews the campaign. Once published, prices of the zones are frozen and the public campaign page goes live.

Sponsors reserve and pay
A verified sponsor uploads a logo, reserves one zone (nobody else can take it meanwhile) and pays through Stripe Checkout. A zone is only sold once the payment is confirmed by Stripe.

Funding and production
When the funding goal is reached with settled payments the design is locked. Production is currently a manual, audited process with our supplier — not an automated integration.

Delivery and payout
After delivery and proof of fulfilment, an admin approves the athlete’s payout via Stripe Connect. Nothing is paid out automatically.
